#1 The Farm House
This beautiful home was a full upstairs remodel. We have called in the Farm House because we created the feel of a rustic farm-style house with this renovation.

Our clients were looking to open the kitchen and main level to create an open layout with updated finishes. We replaced the flooring, finishings, and added new railings. By removing the previously raised dining area, we were able to create a seamless flow through this new open space.

Enhancing the home with updated windows, new siding, and a new oversized deck was the finishing touch on this beautiful renovation.

#2 Birchcliff Reno
Updating this beautiful home was a pleasure. The desire for this renovation was to update the ensuite, bedroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room. The updated open-concept layout and new features make this home show-stopper.

#3 Acreage Reno
This project was a massive layout reconfiguration. Creating their new open-concept living area was made possible by removing an upstairs bedroom. Freeing this space also allowed for an impressive new ensuite bedroom, bathroom, and new ensuite closet.

Customizing this project for our clients was exciting! We built a custom dog wash station, bench, and even a custom hair salon in the basement.
​
The foundation of the home gave particular challenges with a 3" lean to the original wood structure. This was rebuilt and reinforced according to an engineer's specifications. Finishing this project off with new windows and siding made it all feel like a brand-new home!
